Before you write
What to include in your enquiry
A short, specific message gets you a useful answer fastest. For biospecimens, tell us the disease area and the marker or analyte you need, whether you want serum, plasma or residual clinical samples, and roughly how many units or what volume. If the material is for a regulated product, mention that so we can point you to the right documentation first.
For custom work or a prospective collection, send your protocol, inclusion and exclusion criteria, and the timeline you are working to. We will confirm what is feasible and what ethical and consent documentation would apply before anything is agreed.
For quality or supplier paperwork, such as questionnaires, certificates of analysis or audit requests, email us and mark the message for quality. Please tell us your company name and the product code or catalogue reference if you have one, which saves a round of questions.
